Morgan Meadows Davis

President

Morgan joined ZTA with the Delta Upsilon chapter at West Virginia Wesleyan College. She has been an active alumna for several years in both the Research Triangle Chapter and Salt Lake City Chapter. She has held various positions over the years and received her Certificate of Merit at NCZTA Day 2023. Morgan moved to Raleigh in 2013 and lives here with her husband and 2 pups. She loves the area and having great access to both the beaches and mountains of NC.

Mandi Knight

VP Programming

Mandi is a graduate of Eta Kappa Chapter at University of Central Florida. She joined RTZTA Alumna in 2015 in order to meet new people since she was new to the Raleigh area. Mandi also became involved by advising at Theta Tau (UNC) as Membership Advisor, New Member Advisor, and General Advisor for 6 years. She is currently the Province President IV-A, for Iota Rho (ECU) and Iota Phi (NCSU), and VP of Programming for RTZTA. She is a Clinical Project Manager for a Clinical Research Organization managing oversight for investigational clinical trials. She lives in Wendell with her husband, Jonathan, and adorable pup, Savannah. Her favorite things about Zeta are the friendships and sisterhood you can find anywhere!

Karla Campbell

VP Finance

Karla is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was a member of the Theta Tau Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha. She has been a member of Research Triangle ZTA Alumni Group since 2014. She currently serves as the Vice President Finance for RTZTA. From 2015-2017, she served as Vice President II Membership for RTZTA. From 2015-2017, Karla was the General Advisor for Theta Tau. From 2009-2014, Karla Campbell was a member of Western Fairfax ZTA Alumni Group. From 2009-2014, Karla was an officer with WFZTA. She served as Secretary from 2013-2014; from 2010-2013, she served as President; and from 2009-2010, she served as Historian Reporter. Additionally, in 2014, Karla was the National Race for the Cure Race Chair in Washington, D.C. Karla currently works as the Business Development Manager for Heritage Title, where she is in partnership with 14 Keller Williams Market Centers across the State of North Carolina and Investors Title Insurance Company. Karla graduated with a Juris Doctorate from American University’s Washington College of Law in 2000. She obtained a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Wollongong in 1994. And in 1993, she received a Batchelor of Arts in Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill. She is married to Brian Gillooly, and they live in Raleigh. She also has two bonus kids – now adults – Connor and Brendan Gillooly.

Cassie Thomas

VP Communication

Cassie is a graduate of the Eta Tau Chapter at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and currently serves as the Collegiate National Officer IV-B, for Delta Gamma (HPU) and Lambda Kappa (ASU). She joined the Research Triangle Chapter after graduating from college in 2010 and has loved being involved in various roles ever since! She is a Project Manager for a Higher Education technology company called HelioCampus. She lives in Knightdale with her husband, Wes and her dog, Maggie. Her favorite thing about ZTA is the friendships she has made throughout the years and that no matter where she goes, she will always have a sister close by!

Michele Simmons

Alumnae-Collegiate Relations

Michele Simmons is a graduate of North Carolina State University where she was a member of the Iota Phi chapter. She also graduated from pharmacy school at Campbell University. She is currently employed as an oncology pharmacist with Optum and works remotely from home. When she's not working, she can be found at Club Pilates, Wolfpack sporting events, or home reading to prepare for the next Book Club with alumni and Iota Phi chapter members. As Alumnae-Collegiate Relations officer she enjoys working with collegiate members at both Iota Phi and Theta Tau chapters.
